Qualification: Master's Degree with B.Ed.. Master's Degree from a recognised University/Institution with B.Ed.. Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE-affiliated school.. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Vice-Principal, Principal, Senior Academic Coordinator, or equivalent.. Experience in handling CBSE Board Examinations, affiliation processes, academic planning, and regulatory compliance.. Demonstrated record of academic leadership, teaching-learning material development, school administration, and institutional growth.. Desirable: Ph.D. and/or advanced qualifications in Education or related disciplines, Familiarity with implementation of NEP-2020 and NCF-2023. Strong understanding of contemporary pedagogical practices, experiential learning, and competency-based education, Proficiency in educational technology, digital learning platforms, and school ERP systems, Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, Proven ability to build collaborative, inclusive, and learner-centric school culture, Exposure to STEM-focused educational environments and innovation-driven schooling, Ability to engage constructively with parents, faculty, and institutional stakeholders..
