Application Procedure and Required Documents

Application Form: Use Annexure-I (Proforma for Application for Appointment on Deputation).

Documents Required:

1. Application as per Annexure-I.
2. Employer certificate at the end of Annexure-I.
3. Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
4. Integrity Certificate.
5. Details of minor/major penalties imposed in the last 10 years (even if revoked).
6. Certified photocopies of APARs/ACRs for the last five years.

Submission Details:

• Address: Registrar, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, 3rd Floor, Mahanagar Doorsanchar Sadan (MNL Building), 9, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110003.
• Superscription: “Application for the post of Programmer in NCLAT on deputation basis”.
• Last Date: Two months from the date of publication in Employment News.
• Applications incomplete or missing documents will be rejected.

Important Notes:

• Applications are non-withdrawable once submitted.
• NCLAT reserves the right not to fill the post.
• Application must be sent through proper channel.
• Annexure-I and vacancy circular available at https://nclat.nic.in.

Annexure-I Format Includes:

• Full name (in block letters), Date of Birth, Mobile, Email.
• Correspondence and permanent addresses.
• Educational & Professional Qualifications (ascending order).
• Service details: Date of entry, superannuation, service/office address, and photograph.
