Qualification: Ph.D. Avionics / Aerospace/ Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Communication engineering, M.E/MS (Engg) Avionics / Aerospace/ Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Communication engineering, Any degree with 20+ years of experience in Indian Air Force, M.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Avionics / Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation, BE in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Avionics / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation, Any Diploma/Degree with minimum 2 years' Drone experience, Project Scientist:Ph.D. Avionics / Aerospace/ Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Communication engineering / Equivalent with 5+ Years' Experience in the Drone Industry OR M.E/MS (Engg) Avionics / Aerospace/ Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Communication engineering / Equivalent with 10+ Years' Experience in the Drone Industry OR Any degree with 20+ years of experience in Indian Air Force, Essential: Excellent knowledge in Aviation safety, RF equipment, and co-ordination with ATC. Experience with respect to Airspace Management, Flight Safety etc, Technical Management and Networking capability, Must be a holder of Private Pilot License, Leadership quality and wide knowledge in respect of DGCA UAS Rules and Regulations, Experience in BVLOS UAV/SWARM UAV operations, Must be a DGCA Remote Pilot Instructor (Small & Medium). Familiarity with Drone Rules 2021, UAS classifications, and DGCA operational requirements.. Project Associate II (BVLOS Flight Operations & Field Testing Engineer):M.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Avionics / Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Equivalent degree with 5+ years' experience in the field of UAV OR BE in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Avionics / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Equivalent with 8+ years' experience in the field of UAV. Essential: Strong understanding of UAV systems, sensors, flight controllers, and communication links, Hands-on experience in field testing, flight trials, and test data collection, Ability to assist in BVLOS trial planning, range setup, safety procedures, and field coordination, Familiarity with Drone Rules 2021, UAS classifications, and DGCA operational requirements, Good skills in documentation, logs, checklists, and test reporting, Capable of working in outdoor, time-sensitive, and multi-agency environments, Experience with BVLOS or long-range UAV operations, GCS handling, telemetry, or RF systems, Exposure to risk assessment, safety management, or regulatory compliance activities, Must be a DGCA Remote Pilot Instructor (Small / Medium).. Project Technician:Any Diploma/Degree with minimum 2 years' Drone experience, Essential: Basic knowledge of drone components, wiring, and assembly procedures, Knowledge of composite fabrication processes, including hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, resin infusion, and curing techniques, UAV Payload Integration and Testing, Experience in handling of Ground test equipment's.. The educational qualifications vary for each post, They range from a Diploma/Degree with drone experience for Project Technician to Ph.D. or M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc with significant experience for Project Scientist and Project Associate II..
