Qualification: Master's Degree, MBA, PGDM, B.Tech, B.E, MCA, Graduate, Senior Project Officer – Health & Nutrition:Master's Degree or equivalent (PGDM)/MBA in health, Development Studies, or related fields from a reputed national or international university/institution, Minimum 7 years of work experience in the health sector, Preference for candidates with experience in Government/International Organizations, Out of the total experience, 3 years should be in DMF-PMU.. Senior Project Officer – Livelihood and Skill Development:Master's Degree or equivalent (PGDM) in Management, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or Development Studies from a recognized university/institution, Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of social development/livelihood/agriculture programmes, along with database management, data analysis, documentation, and MIS in large-scale government/public sector projects, Out of the total experience, 3 years should be in DMFT-PMU.. Project Officer – Finance:Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related fields, Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management in Government/Development Sector/NGOs, Familiarity with Government of Jharkhand accounting standards and procedures, Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software, Out of the total experience, 3 years should be in DMFT-PMU.. Project Officer – IT & Data Analytics:MCA or B.Tech in IT/Computer Science from a reputed institution, Minimum 5 years of experience in working on dashboards, MIS, and IT systems, Good knowledge of MIS and working on AI applications.. Project Officer – Engineer:B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institution, Minimum 5 years of experience in design, estimation, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects, Expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD). Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D design principles, Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) integration, Skills in 3D rendering software (SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray). Ensuring compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and safety codes.. Data Entry Operator:Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institution, Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or MIS support staff, High accuracy and speed in data entry and typing (Hindi and English).
