Essential: Strong understanding of UAV systems, sensors, flight controllers, and communication links, Hands-on experience in field testing, flight trials, and test data collection, Ability to assist in BVLOS trial planning, range setup, safety procedures, and field coordination, Familiarity with Drone Rules 2021, UAS classifications, and DGCA operational requirements, Good skills in documentation, logs, checklists, and test reporting, Capable of working in outdoor, time-sensitive, and multi-agency environments, Experience with BVLOS or long-range UAV operations, GCS handling, telemetry, or RF systems, Exposure to risk assessment, safety management, or regulatory compliance activities, Must be a DGCA Remote Pilot Instructor (Small / Medium)..
