Qualification: M.Sc. / B. Tech in Life sciences / Biotechnology / Bioengineering / Chemistry or related areas with minimum 70% marks / equivalent grade.. Project Associate-I (Post No. - 1):M.Sc. / B. Tech in Life sciences / Biotechnology / Bioengineering / Chemistry or related areas with minimum 70% marks / equivalent grade, Prior hands-on experience in yeast genetics, molecular biology, cell biology and biochemistry techniques are a must, Hands-on experience with budding yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) strain construction, genetic crosses, transformations and standard yeast assays, Wet lab experience during Master's thesis is a must, Experience of having handled/completed multiple independent projects, Prior experience with fluorescence microscopy (widefield/confocal, live-cell imaging) and quantitative image analysis will be strongly preferred; familiarity with condensate biology, proteostasis or cellular aging is an advantage, Candidates with a valid NET/GATE qualification.. Project Associate-I (Post No. - 2):M.Sc. / B. Tech in Life sciences / Biotechnology / Bioengineering / Chemistry or related areas with minimum 70% marks / equivalent grade, Prior experience in mouse handling, executing rodent behavioral assays, stereotaxic workflows, brain extraction, and tissue processing (cryosectioning) are a must, Previous work experience with molecular and cellular biology techniques will be highly preferred, Master's thesis project completed with a core focus on wet-lab neurobiology and behavioral neuroscience, Experience of having handled/completed multiple independent projects, Proficiency in standard molecular techniques, with specific preference for candidates experienced in DNA/RNA extraction from brain tissues, qPCR, immunohistochemistry, or neuro-epigenetics assays, Candidates with a valid NET/GPAT qualification.. Project Associate-I (Post No. - 3):M.Sc. / B. Tech in Life sciences / Biotechnology / Bioengineering / Chemistry or related areas with minimum 70% marks / equivalent grade, Prior experience in genetics, molecular, cell biology and biochemistry techniques, Previous work experience in handling cell lines, cell culture and flow cytometry, Wet lab experience during Master's thesis, Experience of having handled/completed multiple independent projects, Prior experience in projects related to mutagenesis, cloning, gene editing, and protein-protein interactions, Candidates with a valid NET/GATE qualification..
