Qualification: . Applicants must be Graduates in any discipline from a recognized University and should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from a school/institution located in Himachal Pradesh (this schooling condition is relaxed for Bonafide Himachali candidates); additionally, PACS quota candidates need at least 3 years continuous service as Trained Secretaries in PACS, while OCS quota candidates require a minimum of 5 years continuous service in other cooperative societies or PACS not covered as Trained Secretaries..
