Description

Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent, Postgraduate (ME/M Tech). Senior Pavement Design cum Material Expert:Essential: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute, Desirable: Postgraduate (ME/M Tech) in Highway/ Pavement or other related field from a recognized University/Institute, Desirable: PhD in Pavement/Highway engineering or other related field, Experience: Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience in highway projects, Hand-on experience in Pavement Design and in life cycle costing under IRC 37/IRC 58, and other international codes and Design Software, Implementation of performance-graded binders/ modified bitumen, recycling technologies and innovative pavement technologies such as Geosynthetics, WMA etc, Experience in pavement forensic investigation and failure analysis specifically in pavement design, construction, quality assurance, maintenance and pavement management.. Quantity Surveyor (QS):Essential: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent / Certificate course from 'Institution of Quantity Surveying'.Experience: Minimum 08 years' Experience in Quantity estimation, Preparation of Bill of Quantities, rate analysis, Payment Schedules of Contract Documents for National Highways or major highway projects involving major bridges / structures /tunnels.. Essential: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent / Certificate course from 'Institution of Quantity Surveying'.. Experience: Minimum 08 years' Experience in Quantity estimation, Preparation of Bill of Quantities, rate analysis, Payment Schedules of Contract Documents for National Highways or major highway projects involving major bridges / structures /tunnels.. For the Senior Pavement Design cum Material Expert post, candidates need to be a Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent, A Postgraduate degree in Highway/Pavement or a related field is desirable.. Streams: Ph.D, Post Graduate, B.E, Graduate, Civil Engineering.
