Qualification: . Pay Scale (7th CPC): Essential Qualification/Experience, Level-10 (₹56,100–₹1,77,500): A medical qualification included in Schedule I/II or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (with the Section 13(3) condition where applicable); registration with the State Medical Council; special training in Family Planning & Educational methods, Preference to a postgraduate degree/diploma in the relevant speciality.. Level-7 (₹44,900–₹1,42,400): Master's degree in Statistics/Mathematics (with Statistics)/Operation Research/Physics, or a degree in Engineering/Computer Science, plus 1 year's experience of actual programming/operation of an electronic computer; OR a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (with Statistics)/Physics/Statistics plus 7 years' experience of computer operation including actual programming, Desirable: formal training in programming/system design/analysis, and knowledge of one or more programming languages..
