Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering with NET/GATE or equivalent national level exam for JRF, Ph.D./MD/MS/MDS or 3 years research/teaching/design experience after ME/M.Tech with SCI paper for RA-III. Research Associate-III:Ph.D./MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research, teaching and design development experience after ME/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Computer Application, with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.. Junior Research Fellow:Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering selected through National Eligibility Tests - CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE or through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER etc..
