Description

Qualification: M.Sc. or M.Tech in Meteorology or Atmospheric Science or Oceanography with at least 60% marks, National Eligibility Tests (CSIR-UGC NET, GATE) or equivalent, Working experience with satellite products and AI/ML models, Skills in analysis of tropical cyclones or extreme weather events, Strong background in Unix/Linux with Python and shell scripting, M.Sc. or M.Tech from a recognized university in Meteorology or Atmospheric Science or Oceanography with at least 60% marks.. Candidate must have cleared any National Eligibility Tests (CSIR-UGC NET, GATE) or any other exam conducted by Central Govt Department and their Agencies.. Working experience with satellite products and AI/ML models is required.. Demonstrated skills in the analysis of tropical cyclones or other extreme weather events are necessary.. A strong background in Unix or Linux environment with Python and shell scripting is essential.. Candidates must have an M.Sc. or M.Tech in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, or Oceanography with at least 60% marks, and have cleared relevant national eligibility tests.. Streams: M.Tech, M.Sc.
