Qualification: . The applicant must be a domicile of Rajasthan.. Nationality: Indian citizen, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, and the United Republic of Tanzania comprising former Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, or Ethiopia with the intention of permanently settling in India.. For applicants under categories (b) to (e) above, a certificate of eligibility issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, must be submitted..
