Candidates need a minimum qualification of B.Arch., B.E./B.Tech. (Civil), B.Planning/B.Tech. (Planning), M.A./M.Sc. (Geography), or M.Sc. (Geoinformatics), along with a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Town and Country Planning, or equivalent professional membership recognised by the UGC.
