Application Procedure and Submission Requirements

Application Method:

• Application should be submitted through proper channel in prescribed proforma available at www.nhsrcl.in and with this notification.
• Applications must be sent through respective Administrative Officer (HOD) indicating:
  • No Objection
  • Vigilance & DAR Clearance/Records
  • ACRs/APARs for the past 05 years

Communication Requirement:

• The applicant is advised to send an advance copy of the application, duly filled in and signed, through email in PDF format to: deputation@nhsrcl.in

Important Note: The forwarded application along with other required documents must reach within the closing date (30 days from issue date).
