Qualification: Master's Degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/Natural/Agricultural Science/MVsc or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent with Four (4) years' experience in R & D, Doctoral Degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering, Master's Degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/Natural/Agricultural Science/MVsc or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent with Four (4) years' experience in R & D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and service, OR Doctoral Degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering.. Desirable: Preferably Doctoral Degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering, First Class in M.Sc./M. Tech, Bioinformatics analysis of the microbial community, Experience in process optimization for production of biohydrogen/biomethane/bioethanol/ Experience in pretreatment, saccharification and fermentation of biomass, Experience in Aseptic handling of anaerobic bacteria, Research papers in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journals.. Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/Natural/Agricultural Science/MVsc or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine with four years of R&D experience, or a Doctoral Degree in the specified fields..
