Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Basic Science, Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in professional course selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIR-UGC NET/GATE or equivalent national level examinations, 2 years research experience, Senior Research Fellow:Postgraduate degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in professional course selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIR-UGC, NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE or National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc, Experience: 2 years of research experience, Desirable: Hands-on-experience in genetic and molecular techniques, Experience of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) techniques/handling of high-throughput sequencing platforms, Capability and experience of handling microbiome and metabolome data, Knowledge and proficiency in programming languages, Multi-tasking personality, Good manuscript writing skills and computer literacy.
