Qualification: B.Tech./B.E./Master's degree for JRF, Ph.D. and/or Master's degree for SRF. GATE score preferred, Experience for SRF.. Junior Research Fellow (JRF):B.Tech./B.E./Master's degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Optoelectronics/ Microwave engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent, preferably with a GATE score.. Senior Research Fellow (SRF):Ph.D. and/or Master's degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Optoelectronics/ Microwave engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent, preferably with a GATE score.. For the Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position, a B.Tech./B.E./Master's degree is required, For the Senior Research Fellow (SRF) position, a Ph.D. and/or Master's degree is necessary, A GATE score is preferred for both..
