Online Application Procedure

Candidates are required to apply online through the official portal https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in. The application process is strictly online and involves the following key steps:

1. One-Time Registration (OTR) — New candidates must register for the first time using the "Register" button.
2. Login — Existing users should log in using their Application Number/Confirmation Number and password.
3. Navigate to Apply — From the "Online Application" menu, click "Apply" to start the form.
4. Fill Form Sections — Complete the following sections sequentially:
   • Personal Details (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, etc.)
   • Communication Details (Addresses, Mobile, Email)
   • Other Details (Disability, Ex-serviceman status, etc.)
   • Language Proficiency
   • Upload Photograph & Signature (JPG format, 10 KB max, dimensions: Photo 10cm x 9cm, Signature 5cm x 3cm)
   • Education Details (Qualifications with marks)
   • Experience Details (if applicable)
   • Additional Information
   • Self-Declaration (tick "Yes" for declaration)
5. Save & Confirm — Click "Save" to generate an Application Number and Confirmation Number. A preview screen will appear; verify all details before confirming.
6. Edit Option — To revise any detail, use "Edit" before final submission. No changes allowed after confirmation.
7. Final Submission — Once confirmed, the application cannot be modified. A copy of the application form is generated for candidate reference.

Important Notes:

• Use only English characters. Avoid special symbols like ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + = - | \ { } [ ] ; : " ' < > , . ? /
• Do NOT use "COPY/PASTE" for mobile/email fields.
• Do NOT use "OTR" for re-applying; use the same Application Number for future applications.
• Only one application per candidate is permitted in a single recruitment cycle. Multiple applications will lead to disqualification.
• Ensure photo and signature are uploaded in .JPG format with specified dimensions and sizes.
