Specialist (Ophthalmology)

Qualification: MBBS with TCMC/MCI registration, PG Degree/Diploma/DNB in concerned speciality, MCh/DM/DNB for Super Specialists.. Super Specialist:Recognized medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or part-II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. MCh/DM/DNB or equivalent in the concerned Super Speciality.. Specialist:MBBS degree with TCMC registration and Post Graduate Degree/DNB, or Diploma in concerned speciality, For ICU, PG degree or PG Diploma holders in Anaesthesia/General Medicine/ Pulmonology/Critical care and registered with Medical Council, Three years' experience in respective speciality for degree holders or Five years' experience in respective speciality for diploma holders.. Senior Resident:MBBS degree with TCMC registration and PG Degree/Diploma holders in concerned speciality with registration in Kerala State Medical Council.. Streams: MBBS, Post Graduate, Graduate, Diploma.
