Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.. Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Training & Development:Master's / Bachelor's degree in Management (HR preferred), Organizational Development, Psychology, or related discipline. 6-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Talent Development roles.. Sr. Executive / AM - New Technology Identifications:Master's / Bachelor's degree (in engineering or other technical discipline is preferred). 2-5 years of experience in research, consulting, innovation, or technology-related roles..
