Qualification: . The candidate must be a graduate from a UGC recognized University as on the date of advertisement.. Should possess a Diploma/Certificate in Stenography/Shorthand from ITI/Polytechnic/any other recognized institute, Candidates who are pursuing Stenography/Shorthand may also apply; however, they must submit the pass/completion certificate/diploma to the High Court at the time of document verification, unless otherwise decided by the High Court.. Must have adequate knowledge of the official language (Assamese) of the State of Assam.. The candidate must furnish an Employment Exchange registration number for the state of Assam, as the posts are in the District Courts of Assam.. Candidates must be citizens of India as defined under Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India, and must fulfil the following conditions to be eligible for the Stenographer Grade-II post.. Streams: B.E, Graduate, Diploma, ITI.
