Qualification: . Sportspersons must satisfy the minimum sports norms and educational qualification prescribed for the respective post/level, as on the date of the notification.. Candidates appearing for or awaiting results of their final examination are not eligible to apply.. No relaxation in minimum educational qualification is permissible.. No post is exclusively reserved for any community such as SC/ST/OBC.. Recognized sports achievements must fall within the current and/or immediate previous two financial years, i.e., on or after 1 April 2024, and the candidate must be an active player.. Sportspersons possessing norms for a higher pay level who apply against vacancies of a lower level will also be considered, provided they submit an undertaking that they will not claim the higher level after joining Railways.. Post: Minimum Educational Qualification, Technician Gr, III: 10th Pass plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT in the relevant Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engg. trades; OR 10th Pass plus ITI in the relevant trade (candidate to undergo 6 months' training); OR 10th Pass alone (candidate to undergo 2 years' training). Junior Clerk/Accounts Clerk: 12th (+2 stage) Pass or its equivalent, All posts: 10th Pass OR ITI OR equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT. Streams: B.E, ITI, 12th, 10th, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
