Qualification: M.Sc. in Botany/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Wildlife/ Soil Sciences with I Division.. Working Plan Associate:M.Sc. in Botany/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Wildlife/ Soil Sciences from a recognized University with I Division (at least 60% Marks).. Desirable Experience:Good knowledge and skills in computer Application (MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point etc). Field work experience in forestry research with knowledge and experience in identification of Tree, shrubs and herbs in the forest and measurement of inventory parameters of forest vegetation, Knowledge of GIS specially handling of GPS devices and basic knowledge on Geospatial Technologies, Physically fit for extensive travel and trek in the mountainous/ plain region, Research Articles published in a recognized journal, Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience of Forestry/ Wildlife related research and surveys and in Biodiversity related issues.. Candidates must possess an M.Sc. degree in Botany, Zoology, Forestry, Wildlife, or Soil Sciences with a First Division (at least 60% Marks) from a recognized university.. Streams: M.Sc, B.E, Graduate, Computer Science.
