Literate preferably matriculate, Various eligible categories including teachers, retired government servants, senior citizens, Anganwadi workers, doctors, law students, NGO members, self help groups; Any teacher (including retired teacher), Retired Government Servants and Senior Citizens, Master of Social Welfare Students and Teachers, Anganwadi workers, Doctors/Physicians, Students and Law Students (till they enroll as lawyers), Members of Non-Political service oriented NGOs and Club, Members of Women Neighborhood Groups, Maithri Sangathans and other Self Help Groups including marginalized/vulnerable groups.. Applicant should be literate, preferably matriculate with a capacity of overall comprehension.. Preference to those not looking for income from PLV services but with a mindset to assist the needy.
