Qualification: Literate preferably matriculate, Various eligible categories including teachers, retired government servants, senior citizens, Anganwadi workers, doctors, law students, NGO members, self help groups, Any teacher (including retired teacher), Retired Government Servants and Senior Citizens, Master of Social Welfare Students and Teachers, Anganwadi workers, Doctors/Physicians, Students and Law Students (till they enroll as lawyers), Members of Non-Political service oriented NGOs and Club, Members of Women Neighborhood Groups, Maithri Sangathans and other Self Help Groups including marginalized/vulnerable groups.. Applicant should be literate, preferably matriculate with a capacity of overall comprehension.. Preference to those not looking for income from PLV services but with a mindset to assist the needy..
