Any person from Superintending Engineer/General Manager position with at least 25 years experience in Power/Energy Sector (Distribution/Transmission/Generation) OR Director(s)/Head(s)/Dean(s)/HODs/Professors of top 200 NIRF institutions with 25 years technical background in Energy/Power OR CA/CS/CMA with 25 years experience.. Must satisfy Companies Act 2013 Section 149(6) and 164.. Must have a valid DIN.. Must have IICA Databank registration and proficiency test.. Preferably based in Bhopal.. The qualification includes experience as Superintending Engineer/General Manager, Director/Professor from top institutions, or CA/CS/CMA, all with 25 years of relevant experience, along with specific legal compliances.
