Qualification

Superintending Engineer/General Manager with 25 years in Power/Energy Sector, Director/Head/Dean/HOD/Professor from top 200 NIRF institution with 25 years in Energy/Power, CA/CS/CMA with 25 years experience, Valid DIN and IICA Databank registration with proficiency test, Satisfy Section 149(6) and 164 of Companies Act 2013

Eligibility Items

Any person from Superintending Engineer/General Manager position with at least 25 years experience in Power/Energy Sector (Distribution/Transmission/Generation) OR Director(s)/Head(s)/Dean(s)/HODs/Professors of top 200 NIRF institutions with 25 years technical background in Energy/Power OR CA/CS/CMA with 25 years experience.
Must satisfy Companies Act 2013 Section 149(6) and 164.
Must have a valid DIN.
Must have IICA Databank registration and proficiency test.
Preferably based in Bhopal.
