Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has released the official Assistant Professor and Post Doctoral Fellow Notification 2026 under Advertisement No. ADVT/TISS-HYD/ACAD/2026. A total of 2 vacancies have been announced on a contractual basis. Candidates with a Master's Degree in Law with NET/SLET or Ph.D., and Ph.D. holders in Law/Law and Economics/Law and Public Policy are eligible to apply. Exemption from NET/SLET/SET for Ph.D. candidates registered prior to July 11, 2009, if Ph.D. awarded in regular mode, thesis evaluated by two external examiners, open viva voce conducted, and two research papers published from Ph.D. work (at least one in a refereed journal) and presented at least two papers in UGC/ICSSR/CSIR sponsored conferences..
