Group General Manager (Production):BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science) with >=60% marks and 20 years of experience OR ME/M.Tech with 18 years of experience in production in a metallurgical process plant.. Group General Manager (Projects):BE/B.Tech preferably Metallurgy/Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil with >=60% marks and 20 years of experience OR ME/M.Tech with 18 years of experience in setting up projects.. General Manager (Quality):BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science) with >=60% marks and 17 years of experience OR ME/M.Tech with 15 years of experience in quality control in a metallurgical plant.. General Manager (R&D):ME/M.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science) with >=60% marks (PhD preferred) and 15 years of post-qualification experience in R&D..
