Why? It’s not laziness. It’s not forgetfulness. For many, a tiny glitch in the system; a payment gateway timeout, a failed UPI transaction, or a lost internet connection; meant their application stayed incomplete, even if they clicked ‘submit.’ And now? That’s 1,629 hopefuls at risk of missing the exam. HPBOSE is screening applications and sorting centers, but here’s what candidates must do: check your status now. Don’t wait. Log in to the HPBOSE portal. Confirm you paid. If you didn’t, find out why; maybe it’s fixable. If you did, save your receipt. And keep checking for center allocations; they’re coming soon. This isn’t just about numbers. It’s about futures. Teaching jobs in Himachal are tough to get. And TET is the gatekeeper. As Board Chairman Dr. Rajesh Sharma says, quality teachers = quality education. So if you’re one of the 38,355 who paid; you’re still in the race. Don’t let a tech glitch knock you out. Pro tip: Bookmark the HPBOSE site. Turn on notifications. Share this with someone who applied. One missed update can cost everything.
