Careers360 Faculty Research Awards at IRIS 2026 spotlighted scholars from IITs, AIIMS, ICAR, and private giants like Amrita, SRM, and Manipal. What’s interesting? Half are from public universities, half from private; proving innovation doesn’t care about which campus you’re on. Their work spans medicine, AI, agriculture, even veterinary science; the backbone of India’s real progress. If you’re dreaming of a PhD or research career, this is your wake-up call: impact isn’t just about citations or rankings; it’s about solving problems that matter. And yes, government jobs aren’t the only path to recognition. The real game? Being the one they can’t ignore when it comes to building India’s future.
