What’s more shocking? Over 96% of climate-related questions came from MPs focused on clean energy tech; not finance, adaptation, or human impact. Meanwhile, the government quietly killed the National Adaptation Fund; the very tool meant to protect farmers and coastal communities. Why are we celebrating solar panels while ignoring heatwave deaths? The report exposes a painful truth: our climate conversations are all optics, no action. And when disaster strikes, Parliament wakes up; but only for a few days. The real question isn’t what MPs are asking; it’s what they’re refusing to ask.
