Assam’s new recruitment drive just dropped a major hint: your government job might come faster — but it’ll also come with serious strings attached.

CM Himanta Biswa Sarma didn’t just hand out appointment letters; he handed out a warning. No favoritism. No VIP entries. Not even he knows who got picked. That’s the new normal. Over the next 5 years, faster hiring is promised; but only if you’re clean. Past corruption? That’s a deal-breaker. The APSC is under the microscope, and even newly hired officers aren’t safe from scrutiny. Want a government job in Assam? Pass the exam, stay honest, or stay out. Transparency isn’t optional anymore; it’s the price of entry. #AssamJobs #GovernmentRecruitment #APSC #HimantaBiswaSarma #TransparencyInJobs
