Recently, CEC Gyanesh Kumar sat down with these frontline workers in Tamil Nadu; and listened. Not just politely. Actively. Their suggestions on tech, voter awareness, and youth engagement? The ECI says it’ll act on them. That’s rare. Most big institutions talk about feedback. The ECI is starting to build policy around it. Especially for Gen Z voters; students from 200 schools, 75 colleges, and 25 universities showed up for ‘Let’s Learn Democracy, Let’s Lead Democracy’. This isn’t just symbolic. It’s strategy.
