India’s U-17 women’s football team is turning heads—not just for scoring big, but for playing through thunderstorms.

After a 14-0 thrashing of Iraq (yes, you read that right), they beat Syria 2-0; even as lightning forced a stoppage mid-game. Anushka Kumari, who scored both goals, is now Player of the Match. What’s wild? This is the second straight game interrupted by weather. But instead of calling it off, the team came back stronger. The message? Talent + grit = unstoppable. Next up: Malaysia. Keep an eye on these girls; they’re not just playing for points, they’re redefining what Indian youth football can look like. #FootballInIndia #U17Football #WomenInSports #AnushkaKumari #PlayThroughTheStorm
