This is about Assistant, Junior Personal Assistant, and Stenographer roles; yes, the kind of government jobs thousands are lining up for. What’s surprising? The application window was *re-opened* after the initial deadline; because ISRO realized they needed more applicants (or maybe more zone-specific hires). If you applied earlier but didn’t get your dream zone, now’s your chance to tweak your preference till 21st Sept. Also, the CBT happened on 21st Sept, but some candidates got exam centers outside their preferred city; thanks to “shortage of nodes” (read: too many people applied). Pro tip: Download the previous year’s papers; they’re 17–19 MB each, heavy but gold. The skill test is set for 1st Nov. So if you’re still scrolling, stop. Check the link, update your form, and prep hard; this is one of those rare times when the government actually gives you a second shot.
