Because training doesn’t equal jobs; especially for women stuck between caregiving, safety fears, and rigid schedules. 75% want training within 5 km. 78% need part-time options. But the system isn’t built for them. The real issue? We’re counting training certificates, not real livelihoods. Women aren’t failing the system; the system is failing them. Time to fix what comes AFTER training; not just the course.
