They’re selling land. And they’ve already helped over 10,000 families own a piece of it. Founded in 2007, Propshell has sold 12 million sq. ft. of land across Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, and even Dubai. Now, they’re aiming for 10 million more by 2029. Why? Because land ownership still means security, status, and future value for Indian families; especially in tier-2 cities. The award was handed by Tamil Nadu’s Governor, Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, which shows how seriously the government is taking plotted developments as part of the ‘Housing for All’ vision. Not every developer gets that kind of recognition. For job seekers eyeing real estate; this is a quiet sector boom. Plotted developments need sales teams, legal advisors, land acquisition experts, and customer service reps. And with Propshell expanding, they’ll need more people. Watch this space; land isn’t just dirt. It’s opportunity.
