The other five target what gets produced; like food made from local ingredients, furniture, or production space upgrades. Here’s the big difference: group-based programs fill up fast but rarely change how businesses operate. But the equipment and infrastructure programs? They take longer, need upfront investment; and actually leave behind physical, long-term assets. And here’s the kicker: none of this is official yet. The laws still need parliamentary approval. Real numbers, deadlines, and application rules won’t be public until ministries release them. So while the headline sounds big; 3 billion dinars, 10 programs; the real story is in the details: this is less about mass support, and more about targeted, structural economic change.
