If you’re checking daily and still don’t see yours, don’t panic. The Staff Selection Commission is rolling out hall tickets 2-3 days before each candidate’s scheduled exam slot, which runs from 30 Sept to 30 Oct. That means your admit card won’t appear unless your test is just around the corner. The portal, ssc.gov.in, will show it only when it’s your turn. No tricks. No errors. Just smart logistics. Here’s what you must do the moment it appears: • Double-check your name, photo, and exam center; small errors can cost you big. • Print 2-3 copies. One for the gate, one in your bag, one in your pocket. • Note your gate closing time; arrive 45 mins early. Traffic doesn’t care if you’re a top scorer. • Wear sandals, simple clothes; security scans are serious business now. Don’t bring your phone. Ever. Not even if it’s switched off. SSC’s zero-tolerance policy means instant disqualification. And yes; there are 141 centers across India. You might be assigned one far from home. Plan your commute NOW. A ₹500 cab ride beats a 5-year ban. This isn’t just another exam. It’s the first step into a central government job. One small slip on the admit card or a late arrival could undo months of prep. Stay sharp. Stay calm. And download that card the moment it appears; because it’s not waiting for you.
